All of our products are backed with a 30-day unconditional guarantee, which allows you to return that product for a full refund. The items must be received in reasonable condition before your refund will by processed. Please see "Authorizing your return." 

Authorizing your return

In order to make your return a success, we ask that you call customer service at 800-899-6687 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We use this number to track your return and give you a full refund. Without the RMA number, we cannot match the item returned with the person who returned it. Your purchase will be refunded when the item has been received by IntelliTools. 

Warranties and Repairs

IntelliKeys USB comes with a one-year warranty on materials and workmanship.

Product repair and replacement are available under the conditions described in each product’s warranty. You must call Technical support at 800-899-6687 to get an IntelliKeys Repair (IKR) number before returning the keyboard for repair or replacement. If the IntelliKeys USB needs repair beyond the warranty period, IntelliTools can provide this service at a reasonable cost (IntelliKeys Classics can no longer be repaired).
