All of our products are backed with a 30-day unconditional guarantee, which allows you to return that product for a full refund. The items must be received in reasonable condition before your refund will by processed. Please see "Authorizing your return." 

Authorizing your return

In order to make your return a success, we ask that you call customer service at 800-899-6687 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We use this number to track your return and give you a full refund. Without the RMA number, we cannot match the item returned with the person who returned it. Your purchase will be refunded when the item has been received by IntelliTools. 

Warranties

IntelliKeys comes with a one year warranty on materials and workmanship. If you experience problems with your IntelliKeys, call Technical Support.

In most cases our Technical Support staff will be able to help you resolve your problem on the phone. When you call, please be seated at your computer with IntelliKeys plugged in and your computer on. If a return is necessary, Technical Support will issue an IntelliKeys Return Number and shipping instructions.
